2. Authorized Use

By using this service, you agree to:

  • Only set up calls for individuals who have consented to receive them
  • Only provide phone numbers belonging to yourself or individuals you have explicit permission to enroll
  • Use the service for its intended purpose of providing companionship and support
  • Provide accurate information about the call recipient

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use this service to harass, bully, or cause distress to any person
  • Enroll phone numbers without the owner's knowledge or consent
  • Use offensive, inappropriate, or harmful names or descriptions
  • Attempt to use the service for fraud, scams, or deceptive purposes
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the AI system

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund. Violations include but are not limited to harassment, unauthorized use, or fraudulent activity.

5. Service Limitations

  • Our AI companions are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or emergency services
  • Call quality depends on phone network conditions
  • We may modify or discontinue features with notice
  • Service availability may vary by region

6. Billing & Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
  • Usage beyond plan limits incurs overage charges as described
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • You may cancel anytime from your account settings
