    Facts and stories your loved one shares — names, preferences, life experiences — so the companion can remember them.

What We Do NOT Store

  • Raw call recordings

    We do not record or store audio from any call. Conversations happen in real time and are not saved as audio files.

Consent

By using Home Sweet Companion, you confirm that you have the permission of the person who will be receiving calls.

The person receiving calls should be aware that they are speaking with an AI companion and that conversation summaries and memories will be shared with their designated family member or caregiver.

Easy Opt-Out for Call Recipients

Anyone receiving calls can unsubscribe at any time during a call by pressing 9 on their phone, or by asking the AI companion to unsubscribe and then pressing 9 to confirm. Calls will stop immediately once confirmed.

  • All data is encrypted in transit with 256-bit SSL
  • Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text
  • Access to your account requires authentication
